Astronomy Night at the Everglades Youth Camp

We had a good turn out and good weather at the Everglades Youth Camp: Charlie Fredrickson, Tom Sarko, Jim Mayes and Me. Sean also had his scope. 26 students came out and stayed for about an hour. The mosquitoes were ferocious at sunset but after an hour disappeared. The air was cool and dry.

I had no dew shield on my SCT and no dew when I left at 10:30. It was a nice outing under clear dark sky.
